A ongoing collaboration between writers Robin Barber, Richard Carella, Carol Edelstein, Elzabeth George and artist Adell Donaghue. The Fish Broadsides are a suite of broadsides pairing poetry, short fiction and monoprint. Thirteen broadsides are planned for production through 2022. Each broadside measures 11×11 inches. The text and poems are set in the Bembo typeface and are letterpress printed on a Vandercook proof press using photopolymer plates. Each fish image is a facsimile of one of the monoprints or monotypes from Adell Donaghue’s My Fishies series. The fish images are printed on cotton rag paper using an eight color archival ink jet printer then trimmed and tipped onto the broadside by hand.

Broadsides are printed in editions of 35 to 40 prints with three or four artist proofs.

Each print is hand numbered and signed by the artist and respective author. Available here.
